
Copper deficiencies can be very serious, and it is something that we all should be mindful of more. The good news is that eating a wide range of whole plant-based foods and nuts can give us the daily dosages of copper needed to bring us to proper stability. The challenging news is that copper deficiencies are on the rise due to the lack of eating a wholesome and complete plant-nutritious diet, and more people opting for food choices that are mostly void of minerals and nutrients.
