Immunity Chargers.

While we have spoken about the immune system in the past; it is very important to know the reality of foods and herbs that do charge up our immune system; fighting on our behalf when we are least aware of it. Our most recent discussions have had a lot to do with staying aligned with purpose on the Naturopathic way, and with this piece here, going back to a key focus of the Practice: Immunity building.

Remember, we can make our immunity functional when we actively try to work on it rather than letting it happen haphazardly. That being said, let us go over some core herbs and foods that are well known to be immunity chargers. Remember that Astragalus has been well known over history to boost up white cell production; this in turn charges up immunity; it is also connected to showing support to people dealing with Myasthenia Gravis.

Siberian Ginseng, also known as eleuthero is a timely and core adaptogen that keeps the immune resilience going and up-to-date with whatever stressful situation someone might be going through. But when it comes to direct immune activators; herbs that charge on the spot: cats claw: known for its strong immune alkaloids are one of the best known. But surprisingly, its echinacea that quickly activates the white blood cells to take charge and lead the way; this is whey they have been known to shorten illness times.

These simple formulas and reminders can be a part of our day-to-day lives. As we spoke about before, lets keep our immunity functional and one of the first things we can do is charge them up.
