One of the main things that the NFP practice has always been about is on talking about true sources of internal health, strength and power; all stemming from within. When we consider strength training, practices of yoga and even down to cardiovascular training; all have their places in the advancement of health: but the true Spark of health power comes from withinside the cells of the human- the unseen element of wellness.
So just exactly how do we take care of this unseen portion of our being? Now we are entering into the epigenetic concept of cellular healing and maintenance. At this stage in our existence, we need to be aware of foods and the herbs that charge the mitochondrial functions of the cells. As stated before, the mitochondria are the sources and storehouses of strength that powers cellular activity, that powers our whole body and gives us the energy that we need to get through the day. Keeping in line with our previous discussions; curcumin, which is found in the blessed turmeric herb, unlocks how mitochondria actually moves in the body. When added with exercise, it is expressed even more. Muscles, stomach function and heart stamina are all charged up when taking in curcumin consistently.
When we keep a constant influx of high dose Vitamin C in the body, that works with the keeping of the blood-brain barriers clear and also helps with reduction of plaque build up in the brain, disrupting the breakdown of mitochondrial functions. That plays a part in reducing dementia and issues related to Alzheimer’s disease. The writer takes in over 6,000 mgs daily for optimal health But it is important to take the amount that works and resonates with you. So, when thinking about it, one of the things to be considered as we age through life is: how to keep the spark alive and circulated at will? One of the best places to start is at the beginning. In other words, families and communities bear the responsibility and action to eating these foods and living these holistic truths. Each one can teach one. The earlier that babies, children and teenagers are exposed to taking in loads of healthy foods and Naturopathic concepts, the greater likelihood that they can expand their life to the fullest.
As far as where the spark of life actually comes from, this is still something that is not quite known within the scientific community. It is suspected that that protein may play a role in the involvement of the pushing of the Spark. This speaks to the Vital Life Force. It is worth repeating that black seed consumption in all its forms helps to preserve and to push the Vital Life Force and stores in reserve energy when the body needs it. Cruciferous vegetables, green foods and exposure to the right amount of sunlight all feeds mitochondrial function. When ingested daily, many people report less brain fog, less insomnia and more internal power and vitality. It’s about the conversion of power, and this is something that the ancients knew of.
And this is what it has been about all from the beginning: developing health and wellness from the inside first- then to the outside. The more that people are waking up, many are seeing that they can live on the epigenetic level and can experience strength to its fullest potential. The Spark starts early and the secret is to nurture the flame that comes out of it for as long as possible.
