Many times our adrenal glands are put into overtime work, and many of us may not even be aware that it is happening. If we can get ahead of them ahead of time, this is how we can keep stress triggers down. There are often some manifest signs, but are often overlooked and get missed; that usually leads to our adrenals running on empty.
Overactive and or blown adrenal glands can manifest in our bodies in many ways. One of the first feelings and signs of notifications are feelings of hyperness and hyper-sensitive nerves. And as stated before, blown adrenals can trigger more feelings of excess stress and the continued state of Fight or Flight in the stages of the day or night; even going on into extended periods of months. These feelings can cause overwhelming feelings and perceptions and in time, the person feels overloaded with all they are going through in life.
What we have found and learned is that if not managed over time, this can lead a person in the direction of severe mood disorders. So the aim is to bring the person back to the center of their being so that these severe mood disorders can be averted. This may be the case for many people who are reading this now, but there are some specific steps that can be made to calm down the hyperactive nerves.
-Addressing out of control cortisol has been managed by some formulas of magnolia and chamomile essence. When combined with lifestyle modifications like exercise and mindfulness, it has been shown to help even more.
-Natural herbs like Gingko Biloba, astragalus and lemon are great keepers of feelings of edginess and restlessness. For this really to be effective at its highest is when at least fifty-percent of fresh vegetables and fruits are taken in through diet. Eating like this changes the micro-biome for the better and helps someone lean towards a more calm state of being.
But one of the biggest reasons for feelings of hyperactive nerves has to do with someone’s environment. Sometimes a person may have no choice but to be in the environment that they are in, yet sometimes a person may have a full choice on where to spend their time. If someone has a choice and has the option to put themselves in a better and more uplifting environment, they should opt in for that. Research has shown that people who are around like minded people who are supportive and show love to each other are generally happier and less stressed. This point just can’t be understated enough: negative environment= ill health and stress. Positive environment= healing and abundance.
