The issue of Parasites and your Health.

Up until now, there may have been a possibility that many of us had probably never heard or knew of the fact that about 50 million Americans are infected with and carry an array of worms and or protozoans in their body each year.  And about every year in the United States only about 2 million of them are ever reported.  If this is the case then that means about another 48 million of us are contaminated with them and we are not even aware of them as we go throughout the daily activities of our lives.  If you are constantly feeling sluggish, fuzzy, disoriented and always hungry (after eating a large meal), now may be a good time to ask, ourselves,  “Why this is happening to us?”  If you are wondering and pondering over the fact that since you haven’t flat out dropped to the ground, … “then the parasites, worms and protozoa must not be all that bad then”;  this may not necessarily be true and could be affecting your health in other ways.

 Although we may not be aware of it, but harboring worms and parasites manifest themselves through signs like:

  • Loose, foul-smelling stools
  • Diarrhea
  • Mucous in stools
  • cramps and gas
  • Loss of appetite
  • Distended abdomen
  • Coughing
  • Fever
  • Vomiting
  • Listlessness and generally feeling unwell.

If we are chronically feeling sluggish, tired and unsettled non-stop 24 hours a day  7 days a week, not only is this a sign that a major detox of the internal body structure is necessary; it may also be a tell-tell sign that a heavy presence of harmful worms and other parasitic activity may be occurring within us. So what can we do to address this issue should we come to find out that this is the case? Luckily for us there are simple ways that we can address this before and after something like this occur.

One of the best ways to address this is a simple starting detox of the body:

-Organic apples are sure way to flush and remove them from your body.  Eating large quantities of them along with drinking large amounts of water have been known to address and expel harmful worms from the digestive track.

– Fresh garlic has been known to combat the existence of parasites and worms (veggie capsule form is fine also).

– Papaya Juice and fruit have been known to flush out parasites from the body.

-Senna and or Peppermint herbal teas continue to move the worms and parasites out of the body as you implement and practice the above recommendations.

-Pumpkin seeds with olive or castor oil also keep this the digestive track continuously purging the worms and other harmful protozoa from the body.

While doing these things are a good while you are feeling symptomatic there are some things that you can do daily like eating fresh whole organic salads, consuming green juices often and limiting or drastically curbing the amount the amounts of meat and dairy products consumed on a weekly basis is helpful, as these two play host to large amounts of worm, parasite and protozoa activities in the body.  Besides addressing the worm problem, eating like this on a regular keeps the body from becoming overly acidic and more alkaline which brings balance, harmony and light hardheartedness to the entire body which in itself is a good thing.
