It is has been said that there is really nothing new under the sun, so although we may be starting a so called “New Year”, in reality it is just a continuum of our daily lives in this moment in time and another chance to make progress. Many people have expressed they want to make changes in the food choices that they eat or to even eat more foods that are vital and will heal their bodies from Head to Toe. While it is granted that the Human Being is a highly complex wondrous creation, there are simple ways that we can keep it from deteriorating and how to become fully functional from its first breath to its last. At the request of many, Natures First Path will list for you here the most potent plant based foods that heal the; Kingdom of Heaven, Vital Life Force and Earth realm zones of your body all year long.
Foods for the Kingdom of Heaven Realm: This realm starts from the southernmost tip of the Heart and ascends to the very end of your brain and out from there. These foods are vital for a clean respiratory system, throat healing and stability for the mind:
Gingko Biloba, blueberries, turmeric root, nuts, seeds, avocados, asparagus, green tea, black seed, all leafy green vegetables, water and flax seeds.
Foods for the Vital Life Force Realm: This realm starts at the northern point of the reproductive organs and arrives at the southernmost point of the Heart:
Water, garlic, onions, ginger root, broccoli, chili peppers, pomegranate, turmeric, grapefruit, oranges, red bell peppers, oatmeal, spirulina , black beans, kidney beans, walnuts, soy milk, carrots, sweet potatoes, pineapple, brown rice, ginseng root, almonds.
Foods for the Earth Realm: This is realm starts at most southern tip of the pinky toe, spreads left up to up through the legs to the southernmost tip of the reproductive organs. This is the realm that is physically closest to the ground; the Earth. Proper nutrition for this realm is crucial as this is where the feet, legs and knees need to be the strong anchor as it is in this realm that the Human actually moves:
Almonds, oranges, spinach, kale, chard, regular strength exercise, all fresh fruits for healthy oxygenation of the veins in the legs, collard greens, walnuts, cashews and cherries.
If you read carefully, you may have noticed that several foods affect all three realms of the body and thus shows that they are highly versatile. No matter what your diet preference, make sure that you are taking time to get at least 3 of these foods in your body daily for supreme nutrition, state of mind and ability to receive healing on a regular basis. It’s a great list and I could live pretty well with these making the majority of my diet. But you left out the humble soybean. More than just the flour, there are essential histones (proteins) in the kernel of the seed, particularly lunasin, that support wellness for every cell of the body, and is being shown to fight inflammation and oxidation.
