An Alkaline Open Secret.

When it comes to alkalinity, it is more of an Open Secret that is often missed when it comes to one of the first steps to getting healthier. It’s a hidden world, but a world that can change someone’s life for the better. Raising of the alkaline scale in your body is one of the most important things in terms of fighting off inflammation and chronic illness. Due to the times and events that we are living through these days, most people’s pH system tends to lean heavy on the overly acidic side of the scale. Alkalinity versus is at the backdrop and at the forefront of being in a state of health, versus a state of chronic disease.

So what is the right balance of acidic and alkaline? The strive should be towards and %80 alkaline and %20 acidic based foods (if that much) to keep the immune resistance. As mentioned before, these foods are also responsible for how the healing electrical current flows through the body; shitting down tumors, cleansing the blood cells and healing the skin with all of the balances between the natural sodium and potassium that comes along with eating high amounts of raw plant based foods.  

As stated before, we as a species are now mostly acidic in our constitution right about now. This is mostly so due to the heavy toxins in the air and the denatured foods that we are eating. Taking up more alkaline foods and alkaline thinking is the only way to counteract this situation at the present time. It must be known that negative feelings and constantly being around and involved in negative situations can also bring about the acidic state in the body and mind as well.

When we eat mostly acidic forming foods, eventually this depletes the internal reserve of energy; energy is depleted and eventually the nerves get shot.  When, after this, sleep patterns can get disrupted. And then when sleep patterns get disrupted our cells cannot function at the level that they were meant to.
